Square Biz: Miami Heat superstar Dwayne Wade and wife Siovaughn are currently involved in a heated divorce. The following are excerpts from the Miami Herald:

In legal papers, she alleges he abandoned his children, committed adultery, and infected her with an unspecified sexually transmitted disease. She wants the names of ”all of his sexual partners” during their six-year marriage.

Dwyane, named a ”Father of the Year” in 2007 by the National Father’s Day Committee, has gone ”months” without seeing his boys, Siohvaughn says. His ”failure to spend time with them . . . has resulted in the children at times being afraid of him; in fact, Zion . . . does not recognize or know Dwyane.” She wants sole custody, and support.

She also says she has suffered ”grievous physical, emotional and mental injury” from the STD, diagnosed in the fall of ‘07. (The infection is not HIV or a ”killer thing,” sources say.) Dwyane and his ”paramour or paramours” are liable, she alleges.

‘Dwyane must disclose the identity of all of his sexual partners during the parties’ marriage,” says her counter-petition, prepared by attorney Michael J. Berger of Chicago. Siohvaughn has another Chicago lawyer, Dorene Marcus.

Square Biz:  NBA superstar Shaquille O’neal’s wife Shaunie told reporters that thier marraige is currently on the road back to happyland.

“Neither one of us could probably answer why we were getting one in the first place,” Shaunie O’Neal said. “Things have been going so great, that someone actually had to remind us that ‘Hey, you do remember those papers are still there.’ Literally, it was days ago,” Shaunie O’Neal said. “So, we’ve agreed that before we leave Florida in a few days we’ll make sure that that’s gone away.”

Mack Move: So, it seems ole Shaunie has forgotten why they seperated in the first place huh? Well, how about we open that bag back up right here! Although the exact reason for the filing never was quite clear, there were plenty of rumors swirling about her infidelity and such. It was said that she was creeping and buying houses for some trainer she was fkg on the side. Since she had no money, she got them mortgages with the Diesel’s dollars. One thing is for sure though, she was gonna rape his pockets for all he had! Shit, 6 kids is enough to make any man come to his senses on the child support tip! Square Biz: Hulk Hogan, whose wife filed for a divorce behind his back, is now fighting to keep his money from being hers. In the divorce papers she filed, she is asking for some unspecified amount for alimony, child support and custody of their 17-year old son Nick. Hulk filed a counter-petition that states his wife is capable of supporting herself and helping with child support.

Mack Move: Hulk made a good move here. They was married for 24 years before ole girl pulled the undercover divorce. Square Biz: Yahoo is reporting that wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan learned from a reporter that his wife had filed divorce papers this past Tuesday! He was being interviewed by the St. Petersburg Times and had no clue about the divorce filing. Hulk had this to say in response, “My wife has been in California for about three weeks. … Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me.”

Mack Move: Ain’t that some shit! Your wife been out in Cali for 3 weeks without your ass and you ain’t gotta clue what’s going on? She bout to take your paper and get with some young thundercat that can knock them cobwebs loose from that punani. Them steroids might’ve fucked up ya sex game homey. I seen the show. Square Biz: Steve Harvey’s ex-wife, Mary, claims that she was shafted during thier 2005 divorce. She says that Steve and his lawyer tricked her into a quick and quiet divorce proceed so they could keep private details about his adultery, poor parenting and abuse quiet. Mary said the lawyer’s jive was to protect Steve’s “packaged, do-good, likeable, Christian-type image in the public eye.” She claims that she was “unaware” that she had right to private counsel so she was cut short when it came to alimony, splitting of property and child support. She says Steve’s attorney told her she was only legally entitled to $1,000 per month in child support for thier son. The Smoking Gun has the legal document that she filed.

Mack Move: That cat Steve showed some real hustle in this one. He had to have kept ole Mary on the “Mary-go-round” thier entire relationship. Honestly, either he sheltered her like she was in a hardcore prison or she is just plain slow. I refuse to believe that a grown woman and none of her friends or family knew that she had the right to have her own lawyer during the divorce. That brother played it real slick either way. Respect the hustle and take the loss Mary. You got played!

Square Biz: The Palm Beach Post reports that Shaq’s ex may be worth more that $30 million…before the divorce settlement! Her financial affidavit shows almost $450,000 in cash and stocks, the $25 million home in Miami Beach, a $3.95 million condo in Orlando and another condo in Miami. She also has invested in several businesses such as Liberty Grill in LA ($250,000).

 Dig this, Shaq used to give her a stipend every month of $7,000 which she claims was her only income. Even though she spent $2,500 of it each month on her HAIR, she is asking for temporary support from Shaq until the divorce if finalized.

Mack Move: Now I don’t condone these one-sided type divorce settlements and shit like that but this bitch Shaunie is a hustler 4 real! I can’t help but respect her. She played the game how it was suppose to be played the whole time and is now about to cake up on the back end too. She wasn’t just balling with that n*gga bread, she was taking some on the side and INVESTING in her own shit! Shaq Diesel was getting pimped and still is.
