R.I.P. Ike Turner aka O.G. Gorilla Pimp Hand Strong

Square Biz: The legendary musician and heavy-handed wife-beater Ike Turner, aka Mr. “Eat the cake Anna Mae,” died today at age 76. His cause of death has yet to be released.
Mack Move: Real talk…this dude is a legend…and nah I ain’t talking about for beating Tina! Not only is he in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, it is he who is credited with making the first ever rock ‘n’ roll record. The man won another Grammy this year! My point is that I hope he will be remembered for more than just whipping Tina’s ass with a boot. I’m sure the media will try to portray him as only a monster but that ‘break-a-bitch face’ mentality still doesn’t demean what he did for music. With that said…RIP IKE!

Once the movie What’s Love Got To do With It came out, his stock went down. We all made jokes, but once there was a reenactment, people really saw him as crazy. Well, I hope for his sake people can move past this now.
