Square Biz: According to The Sun, Eddie Murphy has refused to reach a deal over the welfare of the daughter he fathered with Mel B. Reportedly, Eddie advised his lawyer that he has no interest in ever even meeting his daughter by Mel. Since Eddie refused to make a visitation offer, the judge was forced to adjourn the case for another 3 months.

Sources had this to say, “It is so unfair on the little girl. If Eddie wasn’t prepared to take on the consequences of his actions he should have kept his trousers zipped.”

Square Biz: The Cathedral of the Holy Spirit at Chapel Hill Harvester Church has a sex scandal on their hands. Their 80 year old leader Archbishop Earl Paulk not only slept with his brother’s wife…come to find out he actually fathered a child by her! The now 34 year old son/nephew had this to say in regards to the situation, “I am so very sorry for the collateral damage it’s caused our family and the families hurt by the removing of the veil that hid our humanity and our sinfulness.”

The archbishop may be in trouble with the law shortly as a result of the situation. He lied under oath about the affair. It first came to question as a result of a judge ordering the test in relation to a separate investigation. The archbishop, his brother and the church are being sued by a former employee that says she was manipulated into an affair from 1989 to 2003 by telling her it was the only path to salvation! Square Biz: 3 young boys from GA are being held on charges of raping an 11 year old girl. It’s said that the attack allegedly occurred on Thursday but the girl’s mother didn’t report it until Monday.

The police captain in charge told the AP, “The victim said they were playing outdoors and the girl was forced into a wooded area where she was sexually assaulted, where one of the boys raped her.”

The three boys can’t be charged with felony crimes because of their age but they could still be tried with delinquent acts that could send them to juvie for a max of 5 years.

Square Biz: ESPN reports that Michael Vick has turned himself in early in anticipation for a prison stretch once he is sentenced December 10^th. Vicks attorney Billy Martin released the following statement: “From the beginning, Mr. Vick has accepted responsibility for his actions, and his self-surrender further demonstrates that acceptance. Michael wants to again apologize to everyone who has been hurt in this matter, and he thanks all of the people who have offered him and his family prayers and support during this time.”

Mack Move: Now before I get started about how fucked up the whole situation is, let’s analyze this move by #7. Now I know most brothas would be tryin to avoid jail till the very last second…my black ass included! Hell, they’d probably have to come track my ass down! Now ya’ll know, the money is the boss. I think it was a good move for him. She claims that Oscar’s team forced her to take back all of her initial claims about their encounter.
