Steve Harvey Hustled Ex-Wife In Divorce

Square Biz: Steve Harvey’s ex-wife, Mary, claims that she was shafted during thier 2005 divorce. She says that Steve and his lawyer tricked her into a quick and quiet divorce proceed so they could keep private details about his adultery, poor parenting and abuse quiet. Mary said the lawyer’s jive was to protect Steve’s “packaged, do-good, likeable, Christian-type image in the public eye.” She claims that she was “unaware” that she had right to private counsel so she was cut short when it came to alimony, splitting of property and child support. She says Steve’s attorney told her she was only legally entitled to $1,000 per month in child support for thier son. The Smoking Gun has the legal document that she filed.
Mack Move: That cat Steve showed some real hustle in this one. He had to have kept ole Mary on the “Mary-go-round” thier entire relationship. Honestly, either he sheltered her like she was in a hardcore prison or she is just plain slow. I refuse to believe that a grown woman and none of her friends or family knew that she had the right to have her own lawyer during the divorce. That brother played it real slick either way. Respect the hustle and take the loss Mary. You got played!
